Billionaire investor Radhakishnan Damani entered the elite club of the world’s 100 richest people as his net worth soared to $19.2 billion. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Damani’s net worth jumped by $4.4 billion this year, making him the 98th richest person in the world and the sixth Indian billionaire to enter the top 100 club. Damani is the promoter of retail hypermarket chain Avenue Supermarts, and is considered by Rakesh Jhunjhunwala to be his guru.
