(March 28, 2022) People from the poorest sections of India have received health, education, and monetary support from a USA-based organisation founded by Syed Hussaini, an NRI from Hyderabad. This has helped the needy to access free medical support, formal education for their children, and training to sustain themselves economically.
The NRI had completed his graduation in engineering in 1972 and had headed west for higher education. He settled down in Dallas working in the corporate world for close to 3 decades. His success is attributed to the Nizam’s Charitable Trust from which he had got scholarship to pursue education abroad.
He did not forget the kindness bestowed upon him and in return founded Support for Educational and Economic Development (SEED) USA in 2009, along with like-minded volunteers. The organisation is registered with the US government and has been collecting donations from willing people for funding health, education and employment needs of the people of poorer segments of India.
