BMX Racing: Offering adventure enthusiasts the thrill of jumps and adrenaline rush

A scene from the 80s sci-fi movie, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, inspired the BMX (Bicycle Motocross bikes) trend.
The sport soon found its way to Indian shores with many riders now practicing the sport. Hyderabad's WallRide Park is the country’s first asphalt pump track.
Founded by avid BMX rider Hamza Khan WallRide Park was built on 9,418 square feet of land and opened to the public in September 2017.
In two years, the track gained recognition from Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). It has also hosted the India leg of the Red Bull Pump Track World Championship.
Some riders at WallRide Park are now aiming for the pinnacle of all sporting events – the Olympics.
