India welcomes Republic of Congo to the International Solar Alliance.

Congolese diplomat Raymond Serge Bale, Congo-Brazzaville’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, signed the International Solar Alliance Framework Agreement in the presence of Indian delegates.
