Celebrating India-Scotland ties through vegetarian Haggis, Dundee cakes

Scotland’s national dish, haggis, would seem to be intensely meaty. It’s nice enough, like a hearty kheema, but would seem reserved for carnivores.So, I was surprised to learn, while interviewing Michael Currie 10 years ago, that a vegetarian version exists. He was the chieftain, or head, of Delhi’s Caledonian Society and a vegetarian himself.
