FEA offers two distinct free programs, catering to both urban and rural youth. These programs focus on nurturing productive and ethical mindsets, along with essential employability skills. The urban program is tailored for individuals aged 17 and above and spans one year in duration. It involves students attending in-person classes at local FEA branches for a few hours each day.

The rural program is specifically designed for individuals aged 18 and above, lasting for one year. Students participate in classes held at FEA branches within their villages, dedicating a few hours every day. Both programs aim to promote self-confidence, resilience, adaptability, and ethical values in young individuals. “Both curriculums foster productive and ethical mindsets. Moreover, FEA instructs students on how to pursue independent learning once the program concludes and underscores the importance of adaptability in response to changes in the workforce,” said the Global Indian.

Currently, over 30,000 disadvantaged youth receive education at FEA’s 100 and branches, spanning 12 cities in India.
