Reshma Shetty had never planned on becoming an entrepreneur. But when this MIT scientist graduated her PhD class, she realized that the best way to address bio engineering and its potential was by setting up a company to make bio engineering faster and simpler. She got together with 4 other MIT buddies to set up Ginkgo Bioworks, which is today the largest user of lab printed DNA.
