Garima Arora is the first Indian woman chef to win a Michelin star

Breaking into a male-dominated culinary world takes a lot of guts, and Indian chef Garima Arora is not one to shy away from breaking the glass ceiling. In 2018, she became the first Indian woman chef to win a Michelin star for her restaurant Gaa. The experimental chef is serving modern India on a plate to the global world.
